Returns & Refund Policy – Lorana Hair

At Lorana Hair, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to feel confident and beautiful with your purchase. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help.


Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Be in their original packaging

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Show no signs of wear, styling, cutting, washing, or alteration

For hygiene and safety reasons, wigs and hair products must not have been worn or tried on beyond a brief fitting. Any product that shows signs of use, styling, glue residue, odor, or damage cannot be accepted for return.

Please ensure you have proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or receipt.


How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Contact us with:

    • Your order number

    • The item you wish to return

    • The reason for the return

  2. Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions, including the return address.

  3. Carefully pack your item to prevent damage during transit and send it back using a trackable shipping method.

  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.


Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider


Exchanges

We are happy to replace defective or damaged items with the same product.
To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.


Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include photos of the product and packaging so we can quickly resolve the issue by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Wigs or hair products that have been worn, styled, cut, washed, or altered

  • Items without original packaging

  • Items showing any signs of use


Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
For your protection, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
