Shipping Locations

We currently ship to customers across the United States.


Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we always do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details.


Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2–4 business days (available in select areas)

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier delays, and public holidays.


Shipping Rates

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50

  • Orders under $50: shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to follow your package and view its delivery progress in real time.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or appears to be missing, please contact us and we’ll gladly assist you in investigating the issue with the courier.


Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. Lorana Hair is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.
